Staff at the Inveraray Inn made our stay. James looked after us in the evening and went out his way to make sure we had a great time

Used our vouchers for a weekend away with friends in January. The hotel is good value for money - friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty choice. We didn't eat there in the evening but a lot of people did and seemed happy, the bar was busy. We were given vouchers for prosecco, which went down well, and the beer in the public bar were on offer, so everyone was happy! We upgraded to Loch View rooms and they were fine, clean and well-equipped, although one of them had a small double bed, which could be improved. The tiny shower-heads were a pain though! Good location, easy parking. All in all, great value for money.

The staff were amazing , from checking to leaving , especially Sean , Allan and Betty, all most importantly made our stay very memorable , room comfortable and welcoming, bar very comfortable and welcoming . This was our second visit and not disappointed

No lift for people with disabilities
Hotel was clean and room was a good size.
comfy bed and paid extra for loch view room.
Menu was good plenty of choice.Pate disappointing very bland.Steak pie very nice.
Service very good and staff pleasant.Good choice for breakfast and later check out time was nice.
Only a few parking spaces for the hotel so maybe should mention this as challenging for anyone with poor mobility.
