This hotel is terrific. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The reception staff were very accommodating and gave us a great room. It was unusual for you to take the bottle of wine that was in our room down to restaurant. That was a great surprise. We have stayed at this hotel on 3 ocassions now and have never been disappointed

I have just returned from a wonderful trip to the hotel. I am buzzing at the calibre of staff, food and accommodation. The menu is well presented and offers excellent value for money. Compliments to the front of house team for their friendly and helpful service.

Ten Hill Place is an absolute gem of a hotel, hidden in plain sight, just off the busseling main street. The staff in this hotel are simply outstanding, so friendly and helpful. The accommodation and food is great. This was our fourth stay and will be coming back with friends in April, cannot recommend it highly enough!

I had stayed before with 3 girl friends, but it was my husband’s first visit and thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn’t fault anything…. Except there was grapefruit in the fresh fruit salad at breakfast, and because of medication I am on, not allowed grapefruit.

Everything spotless. Disappointed couldn't find anything!!! Room and hotel very hot. Meal was very good but portions far too much. Need to cut down on waste.
Been quite a few times now with itison vouchers. Have found staff extremely helpful and food great.

Been about 6 times now with Itison voucher and going back again in a couple of months. Have always found staff very helpful and very pleased with room allocated. Location very good and only takes about 15 minutes to walk to Princes Street. There is also a great bus service a minutes walk from the hotel.
Have recomended hotel to a number of friends.
