This is the 3rd time we have been and it is always excellent. The food, drinks and staff (especially Millie who was a joy to speak with, very nice and excellent service) are always superb.

Disappointed this time. Food arrived 10 mins before our tea. We had to ask for it. We then had to ask for tea spoons and milk. Food was fine but service really let us down this time.

I purchased this for two amazing people (mother and daughter) who o say thanks for all that they do for my own girls in the Girl Guiding movement. The gift was much appreciated and they really enjoyed the experience, in a beautiful setting too.so pleased, as they so deserved to be treated!

A lovely afternoon tea at the Gailes Hotel. Lovely sandwiches & scones. Delicious cakes, tea with top ups & Prosecco. The service made this afternoon tea perfect. Highly recommended.
