We had a great meal in lovely surroundings. The food was delicious, fresh and piping hot and the portion sizes were fabulous. Everything came without delay and the service was very friendly will be back.

We were greeted by the friendly maitre’d who showed us to a cosy corner seat. The restaurant is a little gem in the heart of Merchant City. We’d bought a voucher from Itison and it was a brilliant deal. Starter and main and glass of wine for £29.95 for two people. Delicious starter and great choice of main including pizzas, pasta and risotto as well as some English dishes for those fussy eaters. Loved both starter and main. Would recommend to anyone. We’ll be back!

Our booking was originally for two people but the restaurant was very accommodating when we changed it to three people at short notice. The setting as fine as was the food. Thank you to the staff for their service.
Decent food not great service

Went with voucher and the waiter (possibly the manager?) seemed to struggle to understand what voucher we had. Twice our menus were swapped and as almost 15 minutes had passed I asked him as he was walking away, could we please order a drink? He responded quite brusquely which I didn't understand. We ordered the salmon and the sea bass and they were fine but nothing special. A young rather shy waitress cleared our plates away and we asked if we could order another drink but she said she wasn't allowed as she had messed up an order before. How will she be able to learn then? Anyway she was very sweet and attentive. Not sure we'll return as plenty of better Italian restaurants in glasgow, Sarti and Celinos spring to mind.
