Great Sunday lunch, every individual item of food was delicious and the gravy was to die for. Good service and pleasant atmosphere as always.
A must visit - AND GO BACK AGAIN.....

Meal was excellent, large portions and all cooked to a high standard, service was professional and attentive without being obtrusive - wine was excellent although beer options were limited and expensive (small negative)
Disappointing and upsetting

The waitress spilled half a bottle of ginger beer on my husband’s trousers and jumper. Accidents happen.She did apologise and cleaned the table.
So our lunch was uncomfortable for us both but more so my husband.
On paying our bill she asked if we had enjoyed the meal and apologised again when I said no.
I am disappointed the manager did not come to apologise.

Once again we had a delicious meal at Red Onion. Great food choice, good portion size and staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Heard lots about how good Red Onion was and I totally know why. From the minute you walk in the door to you leave. Great customer service, excellent food and beautiful setting. I will definitely be back and recommend it to my friends & family.

Our first time since the sad and untimely passing of Head Chef, John Quigley. We love Red Onion. The food is always first class. Staff are always helpful and friendly. It’s just really lovely to go here 🙂
