No prosecco in room on arrival. Lipstick on several glasses in bar. My details were on the restaurant computer unattended. When we spoke to Jackie about it she didn't handle it well at all. Breakfast warm and was not advised we could have different eggs if we wanted (poached) Bathroom sink in room both taps not flowing water was a trickle. Overall a terrible stay.
