It was a nice night. We didn't book the roof top bar early enough but was able to go in and have a look.
Room was very noisy could hear other guests and music playing until the early hours of the Morning ,pizza was poor

The room was fab - huge bed and comfy !
Food was lovely ( pizza and beer offers ) live music in bar later and sky terrace bar was lovely
Only draw back was noise of air con in room 🫣 but otherwise great stay - all staff were lovely especially at meal and on reception !
Breakfast was lovely too good options and lots of choice.

We enjoyed our stay but the restaurant was cold because of its location close to the automatic doors. (It was at the beginning of a very cold snap.)
We took the pizza dinner deal & upgraded to a river view.
I had already checked in online but we had to wait a long time to get cards for the room. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.

From the moment we returned. The reception was friendly and couldn’t do enough. We were allocated our favourite room and as it was ready early we were allowed to go in. Room spotless as always. We had a wonderful stay and were lucky enough to have beautiful weather. The sky bar was seen at its very best and a great place to meet before heading out to sample what Glasgow has to offer. Staff 10/10. Can’t wait for next visit.

Having stayed before we knew what to expect, however there was one thing that had changed since then, and that was the breakfast. I'm not saying, it was not good, but it's now done buffet style, and by the time we went for ours, some of the food was tired.
Otherwise, still a great place to stay.
Thought it would be better, drink very expensive.

I was gob smacked to have to hand out another £60. I was told it was in the small print. What a cope out. Stayed in other hotels in that area using Itison vouchers and I have never been asked to pay another £60 for my family of four.
