Friendly service, great breakfast, very nice room in a perfect setting. Staff were really friendly and the food and drink in the bar excellent.
Stunning Locatiom

Situated in quite probably the most stunningly dramatic and beautiful location in the country.
Extreemly attentive and friendly staff, with afantastic outdoor beer garden to enjoy a drink whilst taking in the views. There is a limited menu at this time of year in the restaurant, but what you do get is excellent food and well portioned.
Only downside, and it's not what you visit Glencoe for, is the poor tv and WiFi reception. But then when nestled at the foot of breathtaking mountains, it's not surprising. The accommodation itself is acceptable and clean, with a few things like those mentioned already and a decent shower detracting from the experience, but the service and location kick them into touch hands down.
We will 100% be back and already planning a longer stay later in the year.
Well worth the visit

Can’t fault it. Service great. Breakfast excellent.
Dated and bedrooms tiny and dirty. Food was great

We arrived on a really grim day soaked from a walk around 5pm to a sign saying reception was closed go to the bar. Bar said receptionist was on her break. Check in is 4pm! They were lovely said to have a drink. We were soaked!
Rooms are dated and tiny bathroom has black mould. We were in a big group and all rooms were pretty grim. To be fair bed was very comfy and sheets etc were clean and soft.
You can’t book for dinner and we couldn’t get a table even to eat separately but ended up sitting with a guy in his own who was good fun. The food was excellent. All the drinks are Scottish which is great but you can’t get Guinness which is all we wanted after a big walk. So 8 pints of Guinness turned into 3 wines and 5 lemonades and an early night!
The staff were really really sweet. Unfortunately this is the worse of Scottish tourism. People are obvious £££ notes. But the setting is phenomenal so I guess they are getting away with very average accommodation for high prices. We won’t we back.
Great as always

Bar staff at night were a bit disinterested.
Breakfast staff were great.
Fab views as always and we had great weather which makes the trip more enjoyable.
Had to pay £10 for a view but we can only have the room we had because of our dog. Not ideal having to pay additional charge. But we will still return
Breathtaking scenery all around.

Poor compared to previous stays

1. Room did not get serviced. No fresh towels, I had to ask for them. No clean cups. Waste bin overflowing. Bed not changed or mad up.
2. Dinner menu not same as menu shown online. Much less items, e.g. fish removed from dinner menu.
3. Food service hours changed. Advertised lunch served to 4.00pm. I went at 3.15pm to order food. A notice on the bar, no food served from 3 to 5pm due to staff shortages. Staff were sitting at table stuffing their faces.
Very enjoyable
