The restaurant wasn't busy and service was reasonably quick. Sadly the food wasn't great and the portions seemed considerably smaller than we remembered.
Biggest problem was there was no heating and it was freezing . I can appreciate if the restaurant was full it would be warmer but allowances should be made for when it's not!

Four of us were there for lunch and had a great time. The food was good and the person serving was lovely. Nothing was too much bother

Have been to Tinto before and it was excellent. This time, even though it was quiet, slow service. I had gone to the toilet, whilst there I heard someone vomiting in another toilet. When I sat down at my table a waitress came out from the toilets. Looking very pale. During our food, the same waitress disappeared 4/5 time into the toilet. Each time coming out looking far worse. Both other waitresses knew what was going on, as they kept looking at her coming out from toilet. No good for the poor girl, and everyone else who was eating in there that night.

When we arrived there were problems with the card reader, do were advised anything above the voucher cost was cash only. I had to find a bank machine nearby which charged to use. Perhaps a free drink as a good will gesture for the inconvenience would have been appreciated.
There was a plentiful amount of food and it was tasty, but didn't feel the Spanish vibe I'd hoped for.
The staff were friendly.
