Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, felt very special in beautiful surroundings. Food was delicious. Thank you. This is the second time, definitely will be back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea in Lumley. The service is superb and staff are quick to response to your request. The knight restaurant is wheelchair friendly and has easy access door right in front of the building leading directly to the restaurant. The path is wide enough to accommodate the wheelchair. The restaurant is cosy and lighting has a soft glow. The sandwiches were fresh and has different spread and delicious. The scones were baked nicely and the sweet treats melts in your mouth. The afternoon teas were beautifully presented and inviting. WE WILL COME BACK AGAIN TO ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE.

Me and my friends had a wonderful Afternoon tea experience in the knight restaurant. We didn't have to wait long, our table for six was ready and in less than 10 minutes, Afternoon tea was served. The presentation of our Afternoon tea was beautiful with a touch of luxury and the service was very good. The soft lighting added a good ambiance. It was a fun but formal experience for all of us. For wheelchair user, the restaurant can be access in the front grounds of the castle. You just have to ask a member of staff, they are happy to help and lead you inside.
