Good spacious room near to town centre with ample parking and plenty to eat at breakfast. Only issue was no hot water on our 2nd day otherwise no issues

The staff were very friendly and informative. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The leisure facilities were an added bonus, and the buffet breakfast was a good start to the day.

Nothing like as nice as in the pictures. On arrival negative first impression as windows absolutely filthy.
Room small, with view of a wall and tiled roof only a few feet from the window.
Yes it was a good deal but why don’t these hotels at least give you a decent room and you might be tempted back at full price in the future.
Very shabby and rundown throughout the whole hotel.
On a positive note, clean bed. Also had pool which was nice but tiny sauna which really did need a scrub.
Food was very good and staff were all pleasant and helpful which stopped our visit becoming a 1 star review.
Sadly won’t be back though.
