The service was great but the food not so much. Very disappointed as I have been many times previous - I think it has a new owner.
I ordered garlic prawns which came with PACKET pilau rice - very strange combination - dessert was absolutely awful too and none of us ate it (there were four of us)!

Wonderfully friendly staff. Food was plentiful and tasty and the cocktails were fab. Really busy and lively restaurant with a mixture of ages.

With the Itison promotion it was a limited menu but there were dishes to suit all tastes.
The welcome was warm and friendly and we were quickly shown to our table. Service is quick and efficient to the extent that we had to ask for a break before ordering desserts. The food was delicious and well presented with generous portions. Being of an older generation we struggled to eat all three courses and perhaps consideration could be given to offering two courses as an option.
The restaurant is large and beautiful with a pleasant ambience. A very enjoyable dining experience and one we would certainly recommend to potential diners.
