We stood for almost 10 mins before anyone saw to us and then a further 10 mins for our table. There was then 3 incidents of what menu we should be on. First menu we were told we could order from the lunch menu, then next member of staff said no took those away and came back with another menu, then as we were reading through that a 3rd member of staff said that’s the wrong menu for itison and was going to take it away. We felt really awkward and as if being on the Itison deal was an unwelcome booking. The good itself was nice but we felt uncomfortable throughout which is a pity as I’d booked it for my partners birthday.

My husband highlighted that he sound a bit of plastics in his lasagne. The waiter was very apologetic and asked if he’d like a fresh lasagne or something different. He chose something different. We were there with another couple. We bought quite a few drinks ober and above the deal. I expected a token reduction in our bill or a free drink for my husband . This did not happen and sadly my husband was too embarrassed to allow me to ask for a reduction of our bill. Sorry but won’t be back and can’t recommend

We had an itison voucher to use and thoroughly enjoyed the settings and food. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later to experience more of the lovely menu. Our server Colleen was so lovely and so were the rest of the staff.
