Not . We got offered a cup of tea or coffee on arrival then the food came 25 minutes later then offered another drink about half an hour later. What happened to the pot of tea or coffee you used to get. Also no attention from waiters

Our experience was pleasant however the seat in the window was quite cold.
Feel the Afternoon Tea offer had too many cakes and not enough savouries. Even a couple of slightly larger scones would have balanced the mix out.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at MacKays on the Mile. The food and drink were very good and offered excellent value for money with Itison.
We chose a particularly noisy afternoon to visit; Scotland v Ireland rugby was being televised. The atmosphere was lively, but it made proper conversation somewhat difficult. That was my fault.
The staff were very attentive and offered assistance to help my elderly mother navigate through the restaurant.
An enjoyable day out.

There was a mix up as the booking wasn't entered as an afternoon tea. We had to wait for about 45minutes until it was ready. However, in their defence they gave us tea, coffee and nibbles while we were waiting on the house. Staff were also very nice.

My siblings and I had a lovely Afternoon Tea at Mackays On The Mile. Food and service were excellent and such great value with the Itison voucher. Thank you.
