Blinds for the windows for the occasions the sun is shining strongly as was the case yesterday. Window tables could use blinds.

Really interesting building, friendly staff and a lovely afternoon tea!

We didn’t have enough time for the tour so would recommend 90 mins. I like to read the information but we had booked afternoon tea so only had 45 mins for the tour unfortunately. It was very well done.

1 cup of coffee or tea and then pay for more
Not great. Unlimited surely.
Otherwise fantastic.
Would make me reconsider in future.

Treated my friend for a birthday treat.
She thought it was the best Afternoon Tea she had ever had, and we have tried many others.
Friendly staff, who could not been any more courteous or made us any more for us.
Well done!,,,
We shall certainly be back again!,,

I’ve been here before and it was excellent. Yesterday was totally different was sitting for 30 minutes and gad to ask if we were getting asked about tea etc.
Not the usual standard and it was a special birthday treat for my friend.

Tour itself was OK nothing special and would not visit for that alone but with the breakfasts tea, was nice way to spend a wet Saturday.
Breakfast tea, very good, lovely food, well cooked presented and value for money.
