Poor food

Had booked for breakfast tea only to find out when arrived that the tea had not been rebooked so was told we would need to choose off the breakfast menu. Asked for poached eggs without hollandaise sauce but arrived with sauce so had to be sent back. Then eggs arrived again but Eggs on two off the people’s breakfast were raw and could not eat it so ended up not eating a thing so complete waste of money.
Delicious food. Poor service.

Waited 45 minutes to get our order taken. Waited an hour to get our drinks that went up to the bar to collect. Food was delicious though
Exhibition was enjoyable but some tvs were off
Nice morning out

When I clicked the link from my itison email voucher to book, it booked me in for brunch not breakfast tea as per my voucher and I didn't realise so we never got our breakfast tea as they need 24hrs notice for this. They were nice and offered us an alternative but it was disappointing as it was a gift for my parents. I have since looked at the email link again and it just comes up to book brunch there was no option for breakfast tea. Itison you need to change this so others aren't disappointed.
Excellent brunch. Requested tap water which never appeared. Delay in learning what was included in offer despite asking

WELL WORTH THE VISIT

We had a lovely time at House for an Art Lover. Enjoyed a well-cooked brunch followed by a tour of the inspirational building. Well worth the visit and look forward to returning.

Wasn’t impressed with meal. Didn’t, in my opinion, look fresh and roast beef was not that tender. Will not be returning.
A Great Morning

A great morning treat with 12 yr old. Brunch (simple and quite small but tasty and well made) and the staff friendly and excellent. Tour of the house was interesting and well thought out. Left feeling very glad we had chosen to do this.
