The staff were nice, the setting was beautiful, but we've had much better afternoon tea elsewhere to be honest! It was disappointingly cheap looking. 3 fingers of cheese sandwich and 3 of tuna, not really a selection! Meringues stuck together with a bit of cream..... cheap. We go using a voucher to see if we'd go back, it shows a places integrity. We're not going back and if I'd paid full price, I would have complained. Choose a different voucher, go some else!

Good welcome at reception.
No atmosphere. Empty restaurant environment. No one else there. Not really the ambience you would like. Staff pleasant but afternoon tea ordinary, not memorable. Rather feel that more effort required to create suitsble emvironment for teas. Rsther dissppointed.
