Kids enjoyed the train ride, but no festive singing or chocolate treat. Not overly impressed by the Santa and elf meet and great, could hardly see or hear them. Were given a reindeer headband which was a nice gesture. Think the boys would have just preferred a longer train ride!

Santa’s enchanted journey was a 15/20 min ride around Paisley town centre which included a 5 min stop to see Santa, which was a very poor makeshift Santa scene under a bridge, looked like Santa lived in the sewers. Gift of reindeer headband was also disappointing. Definitely not worth the ticket price and would definitely not recommend.

We all enjoyed ourselves…..5 adults and 3 children. The 2 young girls at the wee “station” were terrific…..I thought my daughter, husband and 2 children were going to miss the last train but the last train was held up a bit and the 2 lassies made sure we all got on! They were terrific girls……made sure everyone enjoyed themselves…..much apprec§iated….thank you!
If I could give this a minus score I would. It was dreadful.

First of all the train had broken down and we were taken to meet Santa before the train journey. This consisted of a visit to Santas grotto underneath the railway bridge in among the pigeon poo where each child was handed a gift from a bag of toys. I wasn’t expecting much in the way of gifts, probably a bar of chocolate, but the gifts the children were given were a disgrace.
The only good thing I have to say about the experience were the staff who did their best under trying circumstances.
The train was eventually fixed and we had a five minute journey around a couple of streets in Paisley town centre. Definitely not worth the money and there was nothing enchanting about it.

Had a very poor experience at this event, train broke down & had to walk back, granted it wasnt far but it took away from the experience also felt very rushed

Only criticism of experience was the terrible fumes from engine, it was very bad

I’d like to point out that the instructions to find this trip were to vague
I drove around for almost an hour before we found it

I really enjoyed the Santa experience on the train and getting to meet the big man was a highlight for my son.
I would thoroughly recommend it for next year!
Perfect experience for me and my daughter

I booked the Santa Train for myself and my daughter. She is 7 and has some sensory issues. We were met by such a lovely, friendly member of staff and got onto the train. The staff member offered to take pictures, which was so appreciated! The blankets for our laps was also such a nice touch! We had a lovely little drive around Paisley, with lots of people waving. We then got to see Santa and his elves, who were just fantastic. The Santa interaction was just right for my daughter (who isnt usually a fan!). It was the perfect length of time and interaction for her and I am so glad we booked it. Thank you for a great Christmas memory.
