Having been here several times was looking forward to a colleague catch up. Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. Very slow despite not being busy and 3 people standing around doing nothing. Had to asked to get served and also for the bill. When the bill came the ITISON vouchers not taken off. Shame the staff have let our visit down on this occasion.

I've been to Gallery 48 too many times to count over the years. Yesterday was by far the biggest disappointment.
8 items on the menu crossed off as unavailable. Non-delivery by suppliers was given as the reason.
Prawns (7 in total) served in a wishy washy sauce with one tiny bit of bread. We requested more bread and received 2 more.
Chorizo and sausage with manchego also came in a minute serving. Barely enough for one person let alone two to share.
Croquettes were okay. Again 3 pieces between 2 people. Patatas bravas were OK.
Considering the voucher cost £18 and three tapas came to that amount it doesn't feel like a great deal to me.
Slow service too.

Food was absolutely excellent and venue had a really good vibe. Staff work really hard to get dishes out.
