Very interesting and enjoyable event

First time so didn’t know what to expect but it was an extremely well organised event. Very friendly staff and each stand had knowledgeable, energetic operators. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting and also the foodie items. We purchased butter and cheese to enjoy later.
I enjoyed the uncorked wine fayre at Edinburgh although thought there would have been more variety of wines on offer.

I enjoyed the venue in which the uncorked wine fayre was held. In my opinion I did feel that there could have been more of a variety of wines on offer throughout the vendors. The Spanish stall stood out for me more as from whites and reds has good taste variations. The bread/butter stall was a good touch and the bread/croissants were lovely.
It was a wonderful afternoon tasting new wines.

Really enjoyed the event it was great to try new wines and speak to suppliers.
The only negative was that it was very difficult to
hear the speakers on the stage. The event was held in the most stunning room but the acoustics weren’t great.

Diane was a great host.
The wines were of a high quality, and stallholders were accessible, and new their stuff.
Plenty of wines to taste.
To improve: 1. More red Bordeaux,
2.Later start times to cater for those travelling a long distance.

The voucher indicated that a schedule would be provided prior to the event. With a week to go I contacted Diana to ask when I might expect to receive it. I was advised it was to be sent on Tuesday but this did not happen. I again emailed Diana on Thursday asking what he was happening and expressing my concern that the event might not go ahead. No reply. As the weather was very bad on Friday I decided not to risk turning up to find it had been cancelled.

Well organised and controlled. Could have done with some more time, as traffic congestion made me late. There were only two red Bordeaux wines on show.
