Fantastic boutique hotel - *5 service throughout

Excellent location and clean comfortable rooms (albeit slighly small in size) but good quality amenities and mini bar is well stocked. You are made to feel that nothing is too much trouble and the best service we have had in St Andrews (despite staying at the larger more renowned hotels). We loved our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Would recommend this newly refurbished hotel. Great location and helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was a bother to them which made my stay very enjoyable.

A super hotel with comfortable rooms and a lovely sea front location in St Andrews, overlooking the Golf course and sands.
We were able to park conveniently, close to the hotel.
Breakfast service was a little slow at times - just a few extra staff needed.

On entering Seaton House we were treated to cocktails with home made tablet and shortbread. Staff very professional and friendly. We had lovely room and everything in fridge was complimentary. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and staff couldn't do any more to add to us having a bery nice stay at Seaton House.

Great location in St Andrews - views of West Sands and a quick walk to town. Staff universally excellent. Pricey but better value than The Old Course or Fairmont

This was a wonderful offer from Itison.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this has been one of the best hotels and experience for myself my husband and our friends.
Cristal on reception gave us such a welcome. As we had a car there was someone waiting to help us park, unload and taken to the reception area. We were offered a drink while our rooms were made ready.
When we reached our rooms the luggage was waiting for us. The rooms were amazing! Our friends had an upgrade with sea view which was stunning. The complimentary drinks and snacks and coffee/tea were some of the best choices I’ve ever known! Everything was replenished! The breakfasts were wonderful. Made to order. So cheerfully served by the staff and nothing was a bother. Lovely young lady with long blonde hair and young man with fair hair, were so lovely.
I needed mats for inside the shower as my husband needed this. Again it was promptly delivered to the room. I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough. The friendliness, service and accommodation were exemplary. We look forward to being able to return again.
This was my first visit to Seaton House with my husband and 2 friends. I booked 2 rooms via Itison. I had a bit of trouble booking both rooms so called the hotel. Without any hesitation they called itison and sorted it. This was a gift to my friends as one had turned 70.
I can only give praise for everything about this hotel. Beautiful situation and stunning rooms and service. Thank you to all who made our stay so enjoyable. One we will always recall and recommend.

The hotel was everything, and more, I’d have expected from a 5 star.
Reception staff were very welcoming and took the time to ensure our check in went smoothly. We also had their complimentary cocktail whilst we waited.
The room was understated and peaceful in warm tones. The fridge had complimentary beers, soft drinks and water. The bed was super comfy too.
Drinks are on the pricey side but that’s to be expected.
