Been about 10 years since we last visited and wanted my now 15 year old girl to remember her visit. The animals are varied. The only thing I believe we never seen was the otters but on the whole it was a good day out

Felt their could have been more on the 2nd floor in particular

I should have been more diligent in investigating what was on offer, prior to visit. I stupidly assumed that the experience would be on a par with other sea life centres we have visited. It is not. She enjoyed film though ( Octonauts).

We had a lovely time at the venue but found the lift to other floors a bit of a trial. We attempted to use one and was told that it wasn’t working properly and unfortunately, we couldn’t find another one or stairs. I remember a few years ago using stairs to get right up to the top but this time, I couldn’t find any therefore we didn’t get to visit the cafe or the viewing area. Tha5 was abut disappointing.

Disappointed that there was only one otter and the seal enclosure was closed otherwise a great visit. Our nearly 5 yrs old enjoyed the rays particularly and the turtle. We have been to Loch Lomond in previous years so we knew what to expect and we have visited the Sea Life Center at Alton Towers already this year. W3e did the quiz now our child is older which gave an extra focus which we enjoyed. We used the cafe as well for lunch and enjoyed the Costa coffee.

Was a good day out. Very busy as it was a rainy day during the school holidays, so choose your times wisely. Great value for money

Kids are 5 and 2 and it's brilliant for them, spent a full day down on the shores and over 2 hours at the centre, they went round a few times, loved the sharks, sat in the cinema for a few episodes and watched the otter feeding show - will definitely go back
