Venue was much smaller than expected which limited the facilities provided . Very small thermal suite with no splash pool for example and the seating area at the window was very uncomfortable.
Treatments were very good, staff friendly and providing options for the treatments to suit the individual. However, there was noise outside of the treatment rooms while we were in - not sure if it was maintenance or cleaning but it impacted on being able to fully relax .
The spa lunch menu looked exciting but to be honest our meals did not live up to it in reality. Chips were overdone, the Asian chicken burger had very little sauce to make it anything other than a chicken burger and the Mac and cheese was pretty bland. Deserts were fine and the glass of Prosecco very nice .
Overall not one I would do again .

Excellent spa experience, the spa is spotlessly immaculate. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 I highly recommend.

The staff and spa were absolutely fabulous same as the afternoon tea , the staff were very accommodating to our needs with me being a picky eater nothing was a problem absolutely loved it and would definitely be back.

My experience at the Lodge on the Loch was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and clearly explained what we had to do for the Rasul treatments. The rooms we were in were clean and in good condition with everything we would need.

Really liked our afternoon at the Lodge on Loch Lomond, with time spent in the Amber Rose spa. The saunas and steam room were roasting and all the facilities were nice and clean. Excellent massages from lovely friendly staff.
It was very small however, with not much room in the changing room for too many people. Lots of shuffling about to make space.
Improvements would be to provide flip flops / slippers, and a jacuzzi or pool to add to the spa experience. Perhaps also a difference in temperature in the 2 saunas.

We have been at Lodge on the loch many times before at events or treating ourselves to a short stay. This was our first experience of using the Thermal suite. It was the quickest hour of the day and so relaxing just what the doctor ordered, we thoroughly enjoyed it and the views from the suite were so calming. We then had afternoon tea in the restaurant and the portions were just perfect. The staff both in the spa and restaurant were so friendly and helpful . Thank you for a brilliant day

I didn’t find the experience relaxing and it all felt very rushed. I expected a lounge area within the thermal suite where you could relax between saunas, but only very small area with a block to sit on which I found very uninviting and uncomfortable. .
Maybe it was described as this in the description and I missed it but, not a fan of this type of spa experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent experience. The spa is lovely and clean, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The treatments are 5 star, we were so relaxed during our back massage and facial. Can not fault the service and looking forward to going back.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and I was satisfied with my treatment. I was disappointed to realise there was no pool. So basically an hour going between 2 saunas and a steam room. With no where to cool down in between. I think it was a bit expensive for what it was. The changing room was very small too.
