Beautiful sauna area looking right onto loch Lomond. Staff were lovely particularly Lisette who carried out my treatments. I had back neck. Shoulder & facial massage and it was absolutely amazing in fact one of the best lve had for a long time. Just wow. The negative thing l would comment is the ladies changing rooms are small which is fine unless a larger group is in at same time then it's a very tight squeeze and you need patience to wait for hairdryer etc and space to get dried

nice but very small. if you had been before there is now no jacuzzi or pool which was a bit saddening. staff lovely

The thermal experience was good although changing room was small the staff were efficient and attentive
The afternoon tea was very good plenty choice and worth every penny
Special mention to David and staff in the restaurant who were amazing

The staff were great, we had also booked massages and both ladies were very informative of options and it was a great addition that rounded off a lovely visit to a beautiful location

Our spa experience was cut short by 15 mins as therapists came to collect us for our treatments early. The whole spa experience, time in spa an treatments was over in an hour and a half. Definitely don't think it was value for money.

I had been before so we knew what we were going to. Didn’t disappoint. Enjoyed the spa and enjoyed the afternoon tea.

We had a lovely time. Enjoyed the saunas with the view over the loch and the afternoon tea was superb.
