Our lunch was lovely and the venue was lovely too very peaceful even though it was relatively busy
Staff were very attentive and the meal was well presented. My risotto (which is a favourite dish of mine) was one of the best I have tasted.

Went to the Adamson in St Andrews and purchased the lunch for 2 with fizz.
Food was excellent as was the service .
Special mention goes to the premises manager Steven who looked after us and had such a sense of humour

We had Sunday lunch. The chicken was lovely but the beef a bit tough although they had asked for it well done so maybe medium next time. A bit stingy on the gravy. A great placevforcSunday lunch.

Itison voucher was well-priced, portions were ok for starter but small for main. Service was very slow (at an hour into our meal we had only just finished our starters!). When I went to pay, the bill included a service charge AND a charity donation, neither of which I had been asked if I was OK with. I will be complaining to the restaurant myself but wanted to make future visitors aware of this unacceptable practice

First time at The Adamson & will definitely return. Food was amazing & service first class all in a beautiful restaurant. Only managed starter & main but the desserts served to other customers looked delicious.

Was looking forward to our visit but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Ordered dish and chips. Poor quality watery frozen fish in a thick greasy batter was revolting and the chips were similar to skin on fries you would buy from a budget supermarket. Sticky toffee pudding to follow which has been reheated just a bit too long in a microwave so it was hard and the ice cream tasted of nothing just very sweet. All in all a very pop show. Staff were unfriendly and couldn’t have cared less. Will never return. In fact my husband enquired as to what their awards were for as it clearly wasn’t the meal we were served!
