Poor experience with the climbing as other customers held the whole group back. I contacted climbzone to complain and no compensation was offered in any way, just said they would take my feedback for future reference.

Granddaughters both had a fun time and found it exhilarating although a little tiring having tried all 3 experiences

My kids are 9 & 11 and really enjoyed it. I feel it's over quite quickly though, you're booked in for an hour but the first 10-15 minutes is getting harnesses on and a safety briefing. My kids were unlucky though, there were 4 adults doing the sky park along with them and they were held up a lot because these adults were too scared and had to be helped by staff a lot, so the kids were either stuck behind them waiting, or waiting at the end for staff to allow them to go to the start again. If it wasn't for that, my kids would have managed to go round it a lot more and get more out of their "hour". A fun activity to do and we obviously booked it with the voucher so it was slightly cheaper. If I had paid full price I would have been really annoyed. Overpriced for the time you actually get, but fun for the kids nonetheless.

My little girl, age 10, and I are just back from a 1 hour climb and aerial adventure course with a zip line with the amazing instructor Fiona. Fiona was very calm, professional, and encouraging, helping my little girl and I through the climb, giving great advice and tips. Huge thank you! We had the best time.
