It was alright. Service was pretty slow. We were there for a special occasion but nothing felt very special. Had to ask for a different water glass at the start due to lipstick marks which is fine, these things happen. Just set the tone. I will say the food was really nice and can’t fault them there but I definitely wouldn’t have paid full price. Wish the lighting had been a bit lower. Felt very bright and not very intimate. Ordered two cocktails to end the night and they took so long to come that we just told them to leave it. Not great! Wouldn’t rush to return.

Service was very slow considering the restaurant was quiet. The food was OK but chips were a bit hard and steak was slightly tough. It was fine but I wouldn’t rush back.

I have emailed in full detail to itison. Bo vine restaurant was closed and a makeshift held in the hotel with no signage, starter was cold with no apology, left with no cutlery, burger meat was like budget freezer meat. The bun was sopping wet and mushy. No one asked how our food was. Had to ask to order a drink after sitting with empty glasses. Honestly the list goes on spent two hours in there that I’ll never get back

We were welcomed at the door, taken to our table and then we were asked to show our voucher.
Service was first class,food excellentdrinks good and well priced, we would definetly recommend it.
