State of the art distillery. Good mix of in person, informational videos and interactive activities. Distilling our own gin was guided by Andre and Rosie who were great. Def recommend the gin making tour.

A lovely way to pass an hour or so in Edinburgh - particularly if the weather is a bit rubbish. We were lucky enough to have some amazing weather in Edinburgh but still enjoyed the tour. James was witty and informative and kept the group laughing and intrigued along the way. We stayed for a couple of cocktails after the tour too and thanks to James had some lovely cocktails they recommended :)
Tasters are quite generous, x1 drink upon arrival, a liqueur taster en route then 4 tasters in the tasting room.

Simran was our conductor thru the tour; very knowledgeable, vey informative, very interesting and with a delightful sense of humour. The premises are gorgeous! and the brewing room with what looked like acres of shiny copper was a dream. The tutored tasting was lovely and nicely judged. Even the shop people are a cut above, so friendly and welcoming and utterly non-pushy. I would recommend this tour to everyone. (But not when I want to go back ;-) ).
