My mum treated me for a big birthday and it meant a lot to us to spend time together.
The therapists were lovely, very helpful and professional.
The pool etc was good, busy the day we were there.
The 3 course lunch was a bit disappointing, not a great choice. If we went again we would opt for the afternoon tea as we’ve had this before and it was a better option.
We had a good day and would use again.

My daughter had spa day vouchers for Westerwood. We arrived at 11.00 which is the first time you can get access on a day basis - the pool area was already full and we got the last two loungers before we headed for lunch then treatments. Robes and towels are provided but not flip-flops.
Lunch was most disappointing - it has been pared back to the minimum with lots of extra charges. The treatments were excellent and the relaxation area lived up to its name.
When we returned to the pool area there was only one lounger left without a towel claiming it, although no-one used any of them.
The staff are lovely and welcoming at reception, in the dining room and in the treatment rooms.
The experience was good but not great.

I felt the experience wasn’t worth the money. We were left to apply the clay ourselves and told to sit in the steam room and let the steam work The spa area where our treatment was done, the tiles were all broken and waiting to be repaired. The relaxation room was nice but the pool area was a bit tired and not much relaxing s there was a baby swim group taking place at the same time. The lunch was nice

Really enjoyed the rhassoul experience but not for the faint hearted as it was very hot in the steam room. Didn’t know what the rhassoul experience was but would recommend. Lunch was fab and staff were great. Pool area etc could do with an upgrade is looking pretty tired also the rhassoul experience room could do with upgrade x but didn’t take away from the experience.

Amazing friendly staff. Lovely lunch and spa experience. Great choices given it was a voucher. Sharon from the spa explained everything and really made me feel relaxed. Oliver was a first class host during lunch.

Pleasant staff on reception then a nice swim . Tasty lunch and great service - special thanks to chef who made me a fruit salad as I’m diabetic and couldn’t have the dessert on menu. We have had a few spa days via Itison at the Westerwood and they are always great. We had the Rhassoul treatment where basically you apply a mud like paste to your body and then go into a type of sauna for 20 or so minutes. It was fun sharing the experience with my daughter but if booking in future I would prefer a treatment provided by a therapist. One downside was that there was not enough of the paste to really get the benefit of the treatment. There is no way you could have covered your body with the amount available. As with previous spa days we used the relaxation area which is beautiful. One downside was that previously we had access to herbal teas and this was not available this time around which was disappointing. We had lunch afterwards and it was really nice.
