There was a lovely fire. I would definitely book to be by the fire the next time, just for the atmosphere. The place was warm on a cold day. Charcuterie board and wine were good. One of the members of staff showed us the roof garden and was knowledgeable about what the building had been in the past.

Great bottle of wine however the charcuterie board was very disappointing, especially for the caliber that the Glasshouse is. Meats from the packet rather than priper deli cuts. No olives. I make better at home. Atmosphere was great and staff friendly and professional, good service. My friend and I had a lovely time.

Great service and good/wine quality, served by friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The ambulance was cosy warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We were met by the concierge who took us to the 3rd floor bar/restaurant where the food was being served. He also gave us a tour of the roof garden with great views as we had not been in the hotel before. The bar service was friendly and the food and wine were good quality.
