Enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish

We were welcomed by a professional & friendly waiter Charlie . We were seated in a nice area . We used a voucher from Itison . The sea bream was cooked well & the vegetables perfect . Enjoyed the glass of Prosecco which was included in the voucher . Restroom facilities clean & well maintained. Thanks for a truly great experience

Fries were way over seasoned to the point of hurting my mouth with the amount of salt on them.
My partners fish was lovely but they never asked if we wanted anything with it so it came on its own.
Kids meals were nice (and free) so can't complain.
Have to say the staff were stern and not particularly welcoming but not sure if that's what they are going for.

Used Itison voucher so choices not great even though we’re not fussy eaters. Lovely young man gave us excellent service. Asked if we would like water only to be charged for the bottle when we would have preferred tap water which is free

BSK has a lovely ambiance and tables are well set out. There’s a good variety on the menu. Staff were very pleasant.
The toilets are upstairs and although I didn’t use the facilities there was a lift however I felt it was a bit sort of stuck in the middle of the restaurant which was a tad embarrassing

Although the food was pretty average, the whole ‘experience’ would have been improved by the hospitality. Sadly there was no hospitality from the person who took our order - in fact, she was almost rude. Two of the younger staff, however, were lovely - the manager/supervisor could Elaine a lot from them!
