Both burgers were excellent and really tasty. The cocktails were a nice addition too! Our fries were overcooked but replaced immediately with fresh ones. Friendly staff too! Recommend the slaw and onion rings.

Food was good but service was dreadful and the fact that Gordon Ramsay has based his career on slating bad service, it was disappointing to experience this. £8 service charge on top of the bill. Burgers arrived before the drinks.

The service was very fast, but unfortunately the fries that came alongside the burger was very bitter in taste. Since my husband is a chef, he said that it is because they did not change the oil. When we went to settle the bill as for we ordered additional items, he looked at the oil in the frier as for it is an open kitchen and saw it is really dark in color. He mentioned this to the waiter for them to keep note of something like that and the man said the oil was changed at 7am which the oil can not be that dark brown in such a short time frame of service.

Arrived for our booking (Sunday lunchtime) to be told there was a 40 minute wait for food. We were in no rush and needed to use our voucher so said that was fine. Once seated, waitress then ran through all the things on the menu that weren’t available!! Onion rings, bacon, chicken burger, eggs. On the plus side, food was ok, the staff were friendly and the cocktails were nice. Not really sure what I was expecting, but I did expect more than we got. Experience was ok but I won’t be rushing back.

I bought the voucher as I was in Edinburgh from Glasgow for the day. I waited over 20 minutes in a non moving queue to be seated for my 6pm reservation, with several people in the queue in front giving up. There was only 1 server available to seat people, take orders, serve food and deal with the delivery drivers as the second person on shift was on break. When I was eventually seated, the server took a couple of minutes to explain the menu and direct me to the qr code to order via my phone. After ordering, my drink then food arrived pretty quickly, although tables that were sat before me were still waiting. The passion fruit martini tasted like medicine from my childhood but the burger and fries were good.
Overall, it was ok. If I didn't have the voucher, I wouldn't have waited to be seated, but it wasn't the worst meal I've had.
