This was great value for money but what made it for us was the friendly staff. The meatballs starter was very tasty. I thought the daube of beef was quite dry but my husband said his was perfect. We both had sticky toffee pudding. My husband's portion was double the size of mine but I was too full up to worry about it. Our son had a burger from the kids menu which was homemade and probably the best burger he has ever had. We will definitely go back and hopefully get a able at the window because our son loved watching the trains on the bridge. Ooo, and the pinot noir was gorgeous but I was driving so only got a sip!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with amazing views of the bridges.
The food was delicious with a wonderful range of choices for each course. Portions were a good size too. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their food.
The staff were attentive but unobtrusive. We will definitely go back even without a voucher.

Had an excellent meal here. Lovely welcome from the staff. Good choice on the menu and everything we had was well presented and hot ( my husband hates warm food) and also delicious. Generous helpings and the white wine which was included in the deal was very nice. All in all, we enjoyed our evening and would recommend

A group of us used our itison vouchers for dinner yesterday. The food was excellent, the service was very good and great value too. We will be back.

Amazing staff and incredible view but food choice disappointing

We have to say that the staff were amazing. So attentive, friendly, kind and helpful. The view from the Boathouse is incredible.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the menu choice. We would not have bought this voucher if this had been shown as the sample menu. It just didn't suit us.
However what we had was nice and the best bit, lovely and hot when served. It did not feel like we had a deal though and in fact I had to pay an £8 supplement for fish and chips which I'm sure had been shown on the sample menu - it was good but absolutely not worth the supplement.
Sadly we would love to go back because of the staff and the venue however we would have to be sure of what the menu would be ahead of our visit and whether it felt worth the trip.

This was a great offer via itison. We enjoyed the meal, and wine. Very attentive and friendly staff.
