We have been meaning to check this spa out after great reports from friends and were not disappointed.
The leisure side was a little underwhelming and the pool area was quite busy with members. But the treatments more than made up for it! Olivia and Claudia were excellent, it was the most relaxed I have been in ages.

We had such a lovely time at the spa. Staff were so friendly. Treatments just what we needed. Laura totally relaxed me to the point I dozed off a couple of times.
Leisure facilities- Aroma steam room does not have any aroma and it was extremely hot. I do enjoy steam rooms but this was hottest by far. I wasn't sure if the tap beside the ice fountain was drinking but if not a water cooler drinking machine would be handy.

Rasul was out of order so got offered 25 minute mini treatments as an alternative which were good but massage was over in less than 20 mins and relaxation area was over crowded and noisy. Herbal teas had not been stocked up so limited choice with most containers being empty.
Quite a few broken loungers with others having towels on them to reserve them.
Service at lunch was inattentive but food was nice enough. Soup and sandwiches were delivered to table without any explanation of what type of soup etc.
Nice day but just needs a bit more attention to detail.
Voucher was value for money.

We chose Inchyra because it was a handy location for 3 of us coming from different directions and we’ll book again because it was a lovely experience. The setting is beautiful and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Myself and my friend had a spa day. The back,neck and shoulder massage and the spa facilities are amazing. The only thing that let the experience down was when we went for our light lunch the food was lovely but the way one of the senior staff members spoke to another staff member was not needed infront of myself and my friend it was not professional. Was the table right beside us and it could have been done further down the resturant where noone was sitting.
