Very disappointed

We arrived on time in the morning but very little had been set up and noone seemed to know what was happening. I was taking a friend and she asked to leave as it was so poorly organised.
Underwhelming

This could have been a lovely magical experience but the lack of people around left us feeling the opposite. There was one member of staff in the truck and no-one on the marshmallow stand or other stand with drinks, although I'm not even sure what they wete. When we eventually asked the lady in the truck she said she was doing it all, so we had waited around for nothing! When we hot the smores the fire was barely lit meaning it was too dangerous for my children to try and toast the marshmallows and I was hanging in struggling myself. The Snow looked like it probably came on but was just soap on the floor when we passed, presumably they only bother at weekends rather than a Friday. The best part was the Elf workshop and the ladies were brilliant in here and kids loved making decorations and they were really helpful. I think they need to work on making this a better experience for other days as I bet it would be great on a Sat or Sun.
Really good fun

It was better than I expected and the cost of food and drink was reasonable. The walks were lovely and fun. Better signage on the way in and out would improve the experience.
Overhyped and very underwhelming, go elsewhere.

Small area of very pricey stalls selling local artisan products some of which were just ridiculously odd.
2 food vans selling snacks, s’mores and drinks, small cafe with outside seating in the howling wind and pouring rain. Again pricey.
A map is given with a “description “ of the “art pieces” , must be read to be believed!
Take your chances with the potholes on the way in but so much worse on the way out.
Looked forward to this but it’s a cheaply thrown together array of outhouses selling super expensive tat, with a couple of exceptions, and ludicrous pieces of “art” in the grounds.
Very disappointing

Didn't enjoy the visit. No one checking tickets, therefore didn't get the hot chocolate vouchers. Artisan crafts were just setting up. All in all it felt like we were not expected and not welcome, They were only writing up the chalk welcome board as we left.
Interesting and enjoyed all the Christmas celebrations.

Enjoyed it. Thought the staff were all delightful, especially Laura.
A wonderful day out in such beautiful surroundings!

It was a dry but windy day after a fierce storm. Had read so much about Jupiter Artland and it didn’t disappoint. The person at the gate gave us a map which was very handy, as well as 2 tickets for hot chocolates! Since it was mid-week, it was lovely and quiet. We wandered round at our leisure for over 2 hours (but still managed to miss a couple of things!). We met Santa in the grotto and Mrs Claus. Loved the ‘weeping girls’, the swimming pool, the snow machine, the cells of life, the various sheep, the duck pond, rifle, our hot drinks!, the sleeping statue with music, the mirrored display and peacock! It was a lovely walk through the woods. The rose walk would be beautiful in full bloom. We were sad to have missed the ‘amethyst chamber’. We had somehow expected to see the remnants of a ww2 plane on Hare hill but alas there was just a tiny model!🤣. Only gripe was the roads full of pot holes on the way in but more so on exit! Read lots of reviews about this from a while ago but still the same! The route took you miles from nowhere but a one-way system was preferable for the width of the road and pedestrians. We will be back to enjoy it again in a different season! A great experience.
No Festive Village

It was not made clear that the “Festive Village” was only on at weekends. There was nothing Christmassy at all on Thursday, they still appeared to be setting it up. Very disappointing.
Loved it!

Superb setting - with awesome sculptures— really nice festive cheer. Will be sure to return in the summer when there will be more sculptures and the weather is more kind. Could basically spend several hours walking around this beautiful display. Would definitely recommend to and children alike.
No Christmas market

Jupiter Artland was lovely. Delicious hot chocolate, lovely brunch in cafe and nice shop. However the tickets were purchased and we travelled for the Christmas market which it turned out was only on at the weekends. This wasn’t clear when booking! We were offered replacement tickets for the next weekend but couldn’t arrange to travel again.
