Staff fab too. Pulled pork was amazing

Server was super friendly and nice . Food was not great unfortunately. We got the sharing platter. Half was cold and we paid extra 10 pounds for short rib and it was just fat no meat. I probably wouldn’t go back for that. Drinks are well overpriced too.

The staff were so lovely and attentive, most of the food was nice, I ordered the JD pork, it was a tad burnt but mostly nice, the corn ribs were good and chips were bangin. The only thing I'd pick at was the buffalo bites, it's a homemade sauce not Frank's and the chicken was like a pakora style chicken which wasn't what I was expecting. Others may like it but it just wasn't my thing! (Just warning others in case you expect the same as me!) they also didn't have some items on the menu so just be mindful of that as well.
I think it would be good for a night out but I'd probably skip eating there again.

Very disappointed in quality of food, we ordered the Sunday Roast for 2 and upgraded the brisket to short ribs which cost an extra £10.00, the ribs were very greasy and was coated in a sickly sweet flavour therefore won’t return.
On the positive side, the greeter and the serving staff were lovely and attentive.

We had such a good time! The food was incredible, we couldn’t finish the whole platter such good value for money! The host and waiters/waitresses were incredible, never intrusive but easy to grab if needed. Well so be back for drinks and a ride on the bull

Whoever is in charge of the place they really need to wake up and sort the place out. Upon arrival there was no staff seen, whenever bartender had a glance at us it looked like he was extremely disinterested to interact and give us some guidance. Drinks were fine, food was 2 out of 5 at best. Arrived in timelly manner our platter looked really good until we started cutting into meat. Brisket looked like it was in a furnace, they also served us flat part which had zero fat or flavour. Sausages seemed to have been cooked yesterday and only re heated today, ribs were dry and chewy. Pulled pork was literally steamed pork with bbq sauce. No smoke flavour whatsoever. And to be honest only pork ribs that really had any of that smokehouse flavour.. the rest was appaling. Apple slaw tasteless, mac and cheese was fine, beans were okayish but really no authentic flavour to any of the food. This is supposed to represent American Smokehouse bbq. But its very far away from that. Oh and toilets... I dont think it had seen cleaner in weeks. Staff was constantly hanging about, leaning on tables, running around, playing games between each other.. really really poorly managed.

I got the Sunday roast for 2 voucher and took a friend over the weekend. Amazing value for the money we paid; brisket, half a chicken, roasties, Yorkshire puds, mac and cheese, pickles, coleslaw, cornbread, corn ribs, bronuts, gravy, choice of 4 sauces and beer or wine.
Will defo be back for it again even if its paying full price for it - well worth it in my opinion.
Took me until 2pm the next day before I attempted to eat anything else!

Every single bit of the food was absolutely unreal. The chicken and beef were both so tender. Absolutely worth every penny.
Our server was a bit slow and didn’t take the order for ages and the drinks took ages to come but the food was amazing. Will definitely buy this again.

Everything was really good apart from the massive burnt Yorkshire puddings which were just to make it look bigger than it actually was. We didn't get to choose our options they were chosen for us
