We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal and the service was first class. I would definitely return.

Service was so slow took an hour for main meals to arrive. All the meals were covered in salt even my brocolli had salt on it. Vile. Had we not waited so long and been in a rush we would have sent it back. Did mention to server we were not happy received an apology but no offer of a discount etc

We only had a main course each but it took over 1hr to arrive, I don't know if they are short staffed but everything took an age even though the place was only half full. The fish was nice but the chicken kebab was very dry & at £18 a total rip off . Ordered a pint of lager & that took 20mins to come , needless to say would not come back, total shambles

Unfortunately due to an unspecified 'kitchen disaster' which had obviously impacted on the wait for and the quality of the food we did not find the experience a particularly good one at all.

Our starters, desserts and my fajitas were all very nice. My husband had the steak though and he said it wasn't great - it had a lot of tough stringy nerves that were hard to cut through, and he's a real carnivore so he was a bit disappointed. The service was friendly but a little slow. Overall it was a good experience but as it's a bit out of our way we probably wouldn't go again.

Our waitress was pretty disinterest and gave " don't know" answers and shrugged when asked questions. A bit disappointed that 10 mins after the order was placed she came back to say the mushroom starter wasn't available. We quickly changed to another starter but unfortunately the brushetta my husband ordered was inedible as the bread was freezing cold as soggy as was the tomato topping, we sent it back. Main courses were ok and I enjoyed the sweet I had but at no time did anyone check in to see how the food was or if there was anything else we needed . It took ages to clear plates between courses and the easiest thing to do in terms of getting drinks was just to go to the bar as it was difficult to get hold of the waitress. I spoke to a different waitress regarding the bad starter, she seemed more helpful ( I think she was more senior) and the brushetta was deducted from the bill. Maybe we were just unlucky or went at a time when it was very busy but think they definitely need to work on their customer service.
