What a wonderful experience and the massage was excellent
Very friendly welcoming staff in spa
We used the sauna steam room jacuzzi and hot stone beds
Then went into the spa for our treatment
Definitely highly recommended

I often find these type of discounted packages just okay but this was brilliant. Lovely beautician excellent treatment-amazing value for money.

The leisure facilities are great , loved the heated beds. The welcome on arrival was friendly and I was all set up with towel and robe . The treatment was fantastic , back neck and shoulder massage with perfect pressure . The facial was super relaxing . I would highly recommend and will go back again

Had to wait 11months to use, no fault of theirs due to a fire but was a long time to wait. Wasnt explained very well. When arrived was told should have actually arrived an hour earlier to use spa etc prior to massage, despite multiple emails this was not explained, resulted in. Habjn to use after which was not what we wanted. Could have been explained when asked, felt girls wanted to get home quicker as did arrive half hour prior to appointment time. Massage themselves were great but wasnt quite how we expected it to go given 11month wait and confusion over times for arrival.
Don't waste your money

Bought and paid for a voucher for 75mins treatment for 2 costing approximately £140. Only received 60mins if your lucky which included consultation. The consultation was literally reiterating what we had already written on the form so pointless especially questioning me on whether I was pregnant or not. Very insensitive, having suffered 4 loses. If I was pregnant I would have ticked the yes box. Therapist put a face mask on then just sat there for a good 5 minutes, surely in this time could have been doing something else. Husband treatment was the same both of taken in at 11.10 and dressed and back out by 12.15 so that's including time to undress and dress again. Complained to itison who are siding with the spa who claim treatment time is approx, false advertising if you ask me.
