I booked this experience on the same day I wanted to go, and the process was smooth and easy. My muscles were quite tense, and I received a great full-body massage that really helped me to relax. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was quiet and not as crowded as I expected. The location is a bit away from the city centre, but the bus connections are good, so I was able to reach the place on time. The massage and facilities were worth the price. After the treatment, I also enjoyed the sauna rooms and had a swim in the pool. Even next day my skin was glowing! Thank you for the given service!

I had an amazing day at the spa, Jade was excellent, she is an amazing and provided an excellent, relaxing massage. The only recommendation I have is it would be beneficial to provide the time that you can spend in the spa before you have your treatment/s. Apat from that I have an excellent afternoon, very friendly team at Beauty Spot Spa. Thanks

Had a fantastic day at the spa yesterday. Was my 1st time at the hotel and was great experience.
Enjoyed using the spa facilities first (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) then went on to have a lovely massage and facial. Loved both treatments and the therapist was spot on. My daughter had the same two treatments with another therapist and she also had nothing but positive feedback.
Would definitely go back again. Only negative is the additional £10pp supplement to pay for a Sunday but I knew that before booking. Perfect way to destress on a Sunday afternoon 😁

What a wonderful experience and the massage was excellent

The leisure facilities are great , loved the heated beds. The welcome on arrival was friendly and I was all set up with towel and robe . The treatment was fantastic , back neck and shoulder massage with perfect pressure . The facial was super relaxing . I would highly recommend and will go back again
