Never go near this place, the itison voucher details / photos are nothing like the food that you are presented with, I have a complaint in with itison about this rubbish deal £19 for cheap stuff!

Main meals were not enjoyable, chicken burger and wrap was poor quality.
Desserts were slightly better than mains.
Good choice of toppings/filling for crepes and waffle.
Decor was dated, worn and there were mouldy oranges on display on the shelf next to our table.

I had a banoffee waffle and my daughter had custom made pancakes to her taste. Price was very reasonable.

The crepe was very nice. The healthier option?! Banana slices, blueberries, slices of strawberry made a nice mixture with a toffee sauce.
Unexpected surroundings, loads of oranges everywhere! Strange as name of cafe is Beans and Berries! Service was good very polite waiters.

We really enjoyed Beans and Berries. Our pancakes were fresh and tasty and the service was polite. We would definitely return!

Had a voucher for a light meal at the Beans and Berries café which we made use of when on a recent shopping trip down to Dundee. The café which was well situated near the centre of the town was not busy when we visited on a Thursday afternoon. It is a rather plain looking café from the outside and once inside it looks rather tired and in need of some TLC. The seats in the booths were comfortable but worn. Not approached by any of the staff to be advised that it was counter service only. The staff seemed to have no knowledge of the voucher offer. Given menus, but on returning to order was advised that the voucher did not cover what was on them. Then given a scrappy note with limited choices. Ordered and waited to eventually receive our food. The first course - a single burger with a little green salad; a chicken tikka wrap no accompaniment; along with a choice of canned juices. Not what was expected, but they were tasty. The desert course – waffle with white chocolate pieces and chocolate swirls; banaberry pancakes; they were both delicious and went someway to making up for the disappointing first course.
Poor customer service, tired surroundings, little in the way of atmosphere.

Mote cafe like than we anticipated. Smell from.bathroom was over powering and spoilt experience. Food was average
