Being a returning customer there was some extra gifts in our room very much appreciated. Staff can’t do enough for you would highly recommend staying here.

We were lucky to overlook a wee courtyard so no noisy street outside our rooms.
The room doors if left to close themselves make a loud banging noise. We heard this quite a bit in the evening but thankfully not during the night. Perhaps softer closing could be considered.

We stayed at the Social Hub as we had a night planned in Glasgow for my husband's birthday.
Check-in was really straight forward and our room was actually ready before check-in time, team were really pleasant and helpful, room was spacious and immaculate, bed was comfy and it was fab having a rare 12noon check out time!
We will definitely go back!

Great Hotel and fab location. Pretty central for everything.
Hotel is lovely and clean. Modern vibe. The staff are great and very helpful.
Only thing was the hot breakfast wasn't hot. Cold buffet great. Anyway hopefully they will work on the hot food.
Pretty quiet considering the location. Lovely air con.
