As above . . comfortable, cosy winter treat in the main house hotel. Staff team all helped to make us feel welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Great pool/sauna area. Lovely lounge with open fires. Additional night provided when ferry cancelled and transport to and from ferry etc so looked after very well with no stress.

What a great place to spend a relaxing break before Christmas. The Auchrannie is so warm and welcoming. It was beautifully decorated and I love the cosy wood fires. The staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. Great choice on the menus. The swimming pool is great to spend time. The electric heated beds beside the pool are soooo relaxing. Would definitely recommend a stay at Auchrannie.

We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to go back, but I would have to be guaranteed a room on the ground floor as I mobility issues and found it very difficult navigating the stairs. I would also like for anyone taking their dogs with them to be put in rooms away from others who don’t bring their dogs, as I was awakened twice in one night with a dog barking.

It exceed my expectations & we loved the room with the adjoining ‘bunk room’. Loved having a bath and shower. The Arran toiletries made the room smell devine.

As above spotless hotel and large room beautiful decor, with lovely staff, happy to help and very friendly. Swimming pool and sauna etc also spotless. I was disappointed with the food in cruz restaurant for evening meal, it was average at best. Breakfast was a decent spread. Would recommend but would try somewhere else for dinner.

We had a lovely time stayed in the cedar cottage amazing facilities and it exceeded expectations got an upgrade from the retreats which seemed a bit far from the hotel. Used both pools and spas. Tried brambles and Cruize restaurants a bit pricey but it was a treat for us.
