All staff were so friendly. Spa was lovely and massage and facial were one of the best I’ve experienced. Perhaps the relaxation room could have some tea/coffee or water facilities.
Voucher was hard to book as not many dates available in the timeframe. The hotel had really good communication throughout both by email and phone call however.
The lunch included was nice but very expensive to add extras- £6 for a side of broccoli for example is ridiculous.
Overall a great day and good value for money if you don’t pay for any add ons.

Myself and 3 friends had a lovely, relaxed day. The staff in the spa and treatment rooms were very kind and friendly and we all enjoyed our treatments.
The lunch was excellent and again the staff were friendly and attentive.
It was a special birthday for our friend and she thoroughly enjoyed her treat.
We have all said that we will definitely come back.

This was bought for my girlfriend and her sister. They had booked their treatments together so they could spend time together. However on the day they were told that they would have to do them separately meaning that they hardly had anytime together as one used the pool whole the other got the treatments and vice versa. Then when they went for their precooked afternoon tea they were told there'd be a wait due to another large party being served. Then when they finally got served their afternoon it was a poor selection (I assume due to the large party, and reduced stock) overall disappointed

The girls who did our massages were excellent. A lovely experience in splendid surroundings, faultless. The afternoon was just average at best. No choice of sandwich filling, cold scones, cakes were small but plentiful. Although we were booked in, it seemed a bit disorganised, and we had quite a long wait. We didn't mind too much because of the nice surroundings and the staff were all very pleasant and attentive but definately a game to two halves.

Our experience was better than we expected, The front desk staff where so helpful, & welcoming,
Our beauty treatments where superb, my skin still feels wonderful days later, I had a sore back but it had gone after my massage it had gone.
The swim & hot tub were so relaxing as the water & room temperature was just so comfortable.
We had a delicious lunch.
