Hotel decor was lovely and everything was very comfortable with good facilities. The bed was a bit hard for my taste but my husband found it fine. Aura restaurant and staff were welcoming and food was delicious. Variety and quantity was good also. Pool area and changing area was well appointed, I would have welcomed a hot tub instead of the whirlpool as I visited in February and it was a bit cold. I look forward to that being upgraded in the future. Overall we had a lovely stay and would return.

A lovely relaxing night away

The restaurant was top class, food was excellent.
We stayed in a courtyard room which was extremely spacious.
Hotel is right on the seafront so had a lovely walk.
Pool area could do with an upgrade , add some loungers please, but was pleasant enough.
I wish I had booked another night.
Nice overnight stay.

Great value overnight stay with an excellent breakfast. Staff were all good with the exception of reception staff. I felt that the reception staff were less than friendly and less than helpful. This was disappointing for a hotel of the calibre of Sea mill Hydro. Perhaps more staff training for the reception staff would be in order.
Lovely staff , amazing location

The staff were amazing, the location is stunning and the food was tasty. Enjoyed the spa and pool although pretty busy.
The room however, called a courtyard room , was a bit basic. It was a suite but the outlook was very poor in our room. You could pay £30 more for a sea view but having not done so I didnt expect a view of a staff meeting or a wall and have people walking passed the window so close that you needed to shut the curtain for privacy. Also having checked the room prices the day before we cold have had a hotel room for less money, and found out that they were the recently refurbished rooms and the courtyard rooms, were awaiting refurbishment. So wouldn't stay in those rooms again.
