We received a lovely warm welcome both by the host and our server.
The oysters were well presented and so fresh. The Beer Battered Smoked Haddock was delicious. That's ruined us for a normal fish supper 😁
All in all a fabulous dining experience that we will certainly hurry back to.

We really liked the small plates we had , our Australian Riesling matched perfectly. The only slight disappointment were the mussels - quite a small portion, a little cold and under seasoned and shallots undercooked. Ice cream and Irish coffee excellent. We’d definitely return for more of the small plates. The fish and chips passing the table looked delicious.

My wife and I did small plates and a dessert. Everything was excellent. As was the wine!

Good food, but wear something warm

Food was good, restaurant at the rear was pretty cold, so would advise guests to wear something warm. A slight hitch in bringing my third small plate which I ordered, but eventually got it..
Perhaps a bit more info on the small plates would be appreciated
