The room was a good size with king size bed and comfortable couch.
The breakfast was a good selection of quality items.
The location was good for both Arbroath and Montrose, with a short walk to a beautiful beach at lunan bay , where there was also a cafe.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Our room (4) was stunning. A freshly cooked, tasty breakfast to start the day was provided. Definitely going back!

We enjoyed our visit to Lunan House Hotel. We were welcomed by the housekeeper who showed us to our room and made sure we were happy with the accommodation.
The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the authentic Country House surroundings by beautiful Lunan Bay Beach. The cooked breakfast the following morning was delicious. We would thoroughly recommend this "itison" deal.

Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Location is very close to the beautiful Lunan beach. Food was high quality and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend a visit here.
