We had been told about the Curry Cottage and it lived up to it's reputation as a great wee restaurant. A crowd of Indian customers also came in for something to eat which in anyone's opinion is a sign of good food. As vegetarians, the Itison voucher deal was perfect for us, a great deal and very simple to use without question. We will use the voucher system again and also return and to the restaurant again and recommend both.

Great restaurant good service and even better food quality. All food freshly made to order and the beer is not bad too. Great for pre theatre meal prior to a show. Definitely recommended.
Adequate food for the price

The vegetable pakora was tasty and the portion was a good size. However, the garlic chicken curry did not contain enough sauce and by the time I added the rice, the sauce was absorbed by it, making the curry very dry. The naan bread was tasty and it was a good portion. For this reason, I would give the experience 3/5 stars.

Small, unpretentious operation. Limited choice but food freshly made, tasty and ample. Only one front of house staff member but she was efficient and friendly.
