We had a really enjoyable visit to Hazel. The restaurant is lovely, the staff were really pleasant and attentive without being overbearing.
The food was very good. We will definitely return and would recommend.
The experience was ok

The restaurant, being part of a hotel was decorated beautifully. The service was good. However, the selection of food on the brunch menu was very limited and was not as extensive as we were led to believe (based on the 'menu' that was linked on the itison page). My partner thought he could order a bacon roll, or a sandwich etc. that would be cheaper than what was in the small 'brunch' section but was told that it was not possible.
The salmon royale was pretty good, it was a decent portion too. however the avocado toast was rather bland.
Overall, the quantity of food and drinks was worth the price but as the selection was quite limited, i wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful surroundings, fantastic food and service. Second time we have purchased the brunch itison voucher. Great value and food and service were exceptional on both occasions. Will definitely be back again.

First time here. The staff and service were excellent, as was the quality of the food. Great location in the centre of town. For some reason, we were given free tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Very comfortable place with a nice quiet atmosphere for the afternoon.
Great value- service excellent.
