Great relaxing break in a room with a fantastic view of the bay

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Columba Hotel. Staff were friendly and professional and gave us good advice about parking. Our room was lovely and spacious, with the best view - it had everything we needed. Breakfast was self service with lots of choice - hot and cold. We had a lovely time and I would definitely return.

A lovely hotel however as disabled travellers - the lift only worked one way - we were not advised about a fire alarm test, Room was pleasant, nice view and great location handy for train/ferry, food was good.

Had a great time , it was so much better than we expected. Beautiful sea views , clean room. Dinner was delicious as was breakfast.

It was far better than we expected for the price. Although the decor is a bit tired, it was spotlessly clean, crisp bed linen and soft towels.
Our sea view room was lovely.
The included meal with prawn cocktail and pizza was very good.

Room was gòd but would have liked 2 chairs instead of 1. Staff were friendly and helpful especially guy on check in He told us not to pay for parking as the hotel has bays for hotel residents (this was not mentioned by itison).
Oban inn is right across the road Had dinner ther on Saturday when the 6 nations rugby final games were being played.Great atmosphere & good food. Other pubs we went to were Marky Dan's and Mcaigs return (the latter feels.like it could all.kick off at any minute-it's great).
