Greeted by a very friendly lady in pleasant surroundings , who was very attentive to our needs . The food was fresh with a good ,varied choice and plentiful . I would definitely recommend .

We were 5 minutes early for a booked High Tea but no-one was around as they were elsewhere.
The meal was ok, we declined the fizz and had soft drinks instead.
Next day they phoned to say voucher did not have correct information, it was a paper voucher and as far as I was aware the required codes were. They took the voucher initially and did not mention any discrepancies.
I had to contact the gift giver who contacted Grange Manor.

Voucher was bpught as a gift for a friends special big birthday. They thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea. Said the service & food was great.

We had a lovely afternoon tea yesterday after booking up on Saturday. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had plenty of tea and coffee. There were Tuna, cheese and tomato, roast beef and egg mayonnaise sandwiches. There were meringues, scones with cream and jam, strawberry tarts and lemon slices. I honestly could not fault anything and will definitely be back!
