Enjoyed our lunch incl nice glass of Prosecco. Warm inside thankfully. Very clean spaces. Choices on menu bit limited - had the chicken ciabatta but should have made another choice. Too much bread.

Enjoyable evening dining in attractive hotel and restaurant set in historic and atmospheric Royal Mile. . Efficient service and delicious food. Taxi was ordered for us right outside.

We were given an Itison specific menu which was very limited. Our Main was a sandwich!
However our starter & dessert were good. Staff were very friendly.
I would only go back for the full menu

It is a good setting and nice place. The menu for the voucher was very very limited. Food was good but basically the mains come without side. So it's not so much of a good deal and you need to get a £5 minimum side on top of the voucher (or have a good snack before or after)

We waited ages to be seated and then when we were finally seated we were given a children’s menu. The restaurant was cold. They obviously have no interest in itison diners. The second waiter however was friendly and polite. I have been to this restaurant previously with the normal menu and enjoyed it but not this time.
