My sister and I were delighted with all aspects of our stay. Pleasant room with a nice view of the gardens to the rear of the hotel. Spacious bathroom with a great shower and toiletries. Good coffee provided in the room and great cocktails at the bar. Thanks .

There was a mix up between Itison and the hotel so our apartment was not available but the staff acted quickly and accommodated us in hotel. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful

Good location beside the railway station and close to the city centre. Polite and efficient staff. Well designed and set out rooms. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure at the shower. All in all a great place to stay.

Very high end apartment and the price was great. So handy for haymarket train station and the tram. We already want to stay again

Great stay from staff, bedroom, food, drink, and location. The vibe in the hotel made us really want to come back. We had a fab overnight stay and left with big smiles on our faces.

Loved the vibe of this hotel. Room was beautiful with tea/coffee and complimentary water. Bed large and comfortable. Great offer from itison and included welcome drink. Would definitely recommend.
